"I like your product very much because, unlike similar products that I have tried, yours is so lightweight, which makes it easier to hold on to and keep on your lap. In addition, it’s simple to assemble and to collapse, and doesn’t take up a lot of space to store, which makes it a breeze to travel with"
"I’ll show my friends how wonderful it is to use the Jennoop. I can tell you it rests my hands and I find I can stitch longer. It’s a great invention! And it’s patented too!! All the best to you, your loyal customer named" ~ Jo
"I received my order today! I am very glad, fully satisfied with my hoop! Thanks for being so fast!" ~ Dora
I love my Jennoop. I can’t believe it got broken, but you see I use a wheelchair part of the day, and I put it in the corner for safe keeping, Sure!! My son came over and leaned down on my hoop to plug in my cross stitch lamp and broke the leg. Needless to say, now that I am home I miss the Jennoop as much as the kids and grandchildren.
A loyal Jennoop Fan Forever" ~ Judith
In response, Jennoop Inc. replaced the damaged part free of charge.
"Thanks for sending my second hoop out so fast again. It is not a joke. I am REALLY satisfied with my hoop. I find that it's a simple, but a very good idea. When I ordered it the first time I wasn't thinking it would be this solid and at the same time this flexible.
Cross-stitch is my favorite pastime and I think I exaggerated my hand and started to feel pain and was forced to stop for a while, but now since I have my new hoop, thanks to you, I can work again and my hand doesn't hurt anymore. My hands are free, I can use just my left hand or work with both hands at the same time... You should promote your hoop more, sell it in stores too, not just on the net!" ~ Dora
Thank you so very very much for your kindness & generosity!! That is so very sweet of you to do such a noble act for me, not event knowing me. You are an extraordinary person, especially in these days & times.
I was truly blown away when you said you wouldn't charge me for the leg I broke. But to send another free~astounding! It was nice to meet the inventor. Again, Thank you so very much. Keep inventing.
~ Sincerely, Linda
"Thumbs up to you, now that's clever, awesome idea~~well done! How creative and so useful, thanks for sharing, ingenious! Hope you're going to patent this, and how do I go about buying this Jennoop Suspenders apparatus to help with my FMQ?"
Thank you for the quilt suspenders! Great idea, excellent price, love it! I had to give up my mid arm and frame after an accident left me with physical limitations and had purchased a SS but was having a difficult time with the learning curve. Thanks to your 'suspenders' I am able to move the fabric without any drag! It is a lifesaver for me!
I am happy to say that the quilt is done. The suspenders did wonders for relieving the stress of trying to handle such a large (105 x 105) quilt. I also remembered to "push, don't pull" the quilt through the stitching. Great invention!!! Worth every penny!
Received the shipment yesterday. Took me all of 5 minutes to assemble it. I have a Handi Quilter Sweet 16. Loaded a quilt on my table and attached the suspenders. Wow, no drag only wonderful smooth quilting. No more man handling my quilts. Now only beautiful quilt stitching. Thanks so much for making this system for fellow quilters?
I agree it will cost pennies to purchase in the long run. But the cost for creativity and inventing the suspenders is priceless.
Your product really helps to solve a problem that is universal for machine quilters!
I received your Quilt Suspenders last Friday, installed the frame Saturday morning while baking cookies for a party. Was able to try it out a little that night....then quilted on it all day Sunday. All I can say is WOW !!!! It's like quilting on air.....I'm no longer wrestling with the quilt and find I can quilt for longer periods of time without getting tired.
I have arthritis in my hands, both thumbs are fused, and had my right shoulder replaced last year. I could only quilt for short periods of time before my hands got tired and my shoulder started aching. After two days of quilting with the suspenders, the time flies by, I no longer hurt and I discovered I have to set the timer every hour or so to remind myself to get up and move around.
On Sunday I started quilting the background on the linen quilt, which is very heavy. After an hour or so of quilting, I wasn't tired from struggling with the small designs. I've attached a couple of pictures of your frame with the linen quilt.
Yesterday, I quilted on a smaller whole cloth quilt which is of a much lighter fabric and breezed through the designs so quickly....to say I was amazed is an understatement. It only took a short time to get used to adjusting the clamps to a position where I could get the most quilting done before having to readjust them.
Just wanted to let you know that this is one product that really lived up to it's claim.
Thank you so much for making my quilting time more enjoyable.
